Gazpacho is a delicious dish that is great on a hot summer’s day. This yummy soup often has tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, bread, water and vinegar in it. There are many variations that can be done with this recipe as well. This dish is typically eaten in Spain and Portugal, but it can be found in many areas of the world as well. Which should not come as a surprise, since this is a fantastic tasting dish.
