The life of a chef is not easy. You are expected to be the first ones in the restaurant, and the last ones out a night. You are expected to prep, make dishes as soon as the ticket comes into the kitchen, make it perfectly every time, and still leave the kitchen sparkling at the end of the night. This is not an easy task, and it takes a special person to be able to handle the pressure, the long hours, and the stress. However, all of you chefs have chosen to do this.
